Heikki Mustonen appointed new Managing Director of Adwatec

Heikki Mustonen (M.Sc. (El.Eng.), eMBA) has been appointed Managing Director. He took up his new post in June.

Mustonen has extensive management experience in a global technology company. Prior to joining Adwatec, he has held various general management and sales management positions within the ABB Group. Most recently, he served as the Local Business Unit Manager for Transformers business in Finland.

Due to his education and work experience, Mustonen has a strong knowledge of the technology industry. He has a proven track record in notable profitability improvement. Mustonen’s particular strengths and interests include strategy work and implementation, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and management coaching.

Verronen will remain in the company as Board Member and Strategist to identify new target markets and R&D focus.
