Adwatec expands DNV Type-Approved Product Range with New CCS Slim Cooling Units

Adwatec is proud to announce that its CCS Slim series water cooling units have received DNV Type Approval, strengthening the company’s offering of certified solutions for marine applications.

The CCE Classic models had already earned DNV Type Approval earlier, and now the newly launched CCS Slim models join the type-approved product family. This milestone reflects Adwatec’s ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and close collaboration with classification societies.

DNV type approval ensures that these cooling stations are pre-approved for use on vessels classed by DNV, streamlining both integration and documentation during new builds or retrofit projects. For shipbuilders and system integrators, this means faster project timelines and reduced risk.

The CCS Slim models represent Adwatec’s latest innovation in efficient liquid cooling for modern power electronics. Engineered to fit narrow, 400mm-wide cabinet installations, they are ideal for marine and other space-constrained environments, where high performance and compact design are essential.
