Would you like to work in a company whose business is supported by global megatrends such as electrification, clean-tech and energy efficiency? Would you like to be a part of our projects for global customers that include the world’s biggest devices such as ocean going hybrid electric ships, largest cruise ships, high voltage power grid networks locally and between the countries, energy storage systems and biggest mining machines? We have already supplied equipment in major hydrogen production plants in Europe.

Your main tasks are:

  • Proactive and systematic hunting for new customers
  • Long terms customer relationship building
  • Sales and marketing strategy creation and implementation for selected market
  • Building technical and commercial offers
  • Maintaining price lists for named key accounts
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance for channel partners and customers

Preferred skills, profile and experience

  • Experience in new customer acquisition
  • Experience of 3 years or more in similar tasks
  • Education in engineering or good technical understanding
  • Experience in leading sales opportunities
  • Good contract negotiation and closing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic understanding in Finnish and skills in other languages is an advantage
  • Understanding of marine business and power electronics is seen as an advantage
