Sales Manager, Marine

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Manager to lead sales projects and key accounts in accordance with our sales process. As a key member of the marine team, you will manage sales projects from first contact to sales contract as well as long term key account management, ensuring profitable business and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will handle demanding projects for international marine system integrators, power electronics OEMs, and shipyards. Your contributions will significantly impact the entire order supply chain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Standard equipment sales for selected global customers and market segments in accordance with Adwatec sales process
  • Key account management
  • Maintaining price lists for key accounts
  • Sales offer preparation & cost calculation
  • Supplier co-operation; RFQ´s & technical clarifications
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Ensuring world class customer experience
  • Customer relationship management
  • Participating to relevant trade shows, customer events and seminars
  • Organizing customer events together with team
  • Visiting customers globally
  • Ensure organization has full understanding of sales contract and scope of supply
  • Class Societies co-operation

What We Expect from You

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading industrial B2B sales projects.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English. German, Spanish and French are considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple sales cases effectively.
  • Positive and development-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM & ERP systems to manage project data and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and communication.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges
  • Willingness to travel 60-100 days annually
  • Work experience in the marine industry or power electronics industry.
