We follow the recommendations and guidelines set by local government and health and safety authorities. We are also impacted by the recommendations and guidelines set by authorities outside our country.This all may have a negative effect on our ability to fulfill our obligations and may result in difficulties and delays in our operation. Covid-19 is a Force Majeure and therefore we shall not be liable for any delay or default in our performance caused directly or indirectly by the virus. However, we take commercially reasonable means to limit the effect of all this in fulfilling our contractual duties.The situation may change quickly. We update our customers of changes immediately as we are informed. However, we strive to mitigate the disturbance to minimum.We are available to support our customers by phone, email & videoconferencing.Currently we avoid traveling and face to face meetings. Global travel limitations may have an impact in our after sales/ service performance.
