We are looking for an experienced and proactive MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER to join the engineering team at our factory in Kangasala. Your focus is to take responsibility of mechanical, layout and piping design in different customer and product development projects. At Adwatec factory, you have an opportunity to co-operate with different departments including production, sales, supply and project management. We are looking for a person with an appropriate technical know-how, good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented service attitude. We are able to adjust the role to meet your previous experience, hence encourage also those, who do not meet all preferred qualifications to apply! Requirements: · Several years of relevant work experience · M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering · Strong CAD proficiency (we use Solidworks) · Previous experience in sheet metal, welded steel structure and layout design · Good verbal and written English and fluent Finnish skills · Great interacting and team working skills We also appreciate previous experience in: · PDM systems (we use Solidworks PDM) · Piping design and process components · Hydraulic systems and pressure vessels · Design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) · Electrical industry We can offer you challenging and interesting tasks with supportive colleagues.
