Your main tasks are:

  • Market segment management
  • Sales and marketing strategy creation and implementation for selected known market segments and global customer groups
  • Maintaining price lists for sales, dealers and key accounts
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product training for channel partners and customers

Required Skills, profile and Experience

  • You are proactive, brisk and energic team player
  • You are not afraid of social media
  • Sufficient years of experience in similar tasks
  • Adequate education in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in leading sales opportunities and presenting to clients
  • Good contract negotiation and excellent closing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Understanding of marine business, HVAC/hydraulics business and/or power electronics is seen as an advantage.
