Adwatec Oy is now looking for a new Sales Back Office Manager. Our experienced sales managers work with international maritime and industrial customers. Now the team is growing.

We are in a strong growth phase due to global megatrends – electrification, zero-emission, digitalization and sustainability. Our products are found all over the world, in hybrid and fully electric vessels, cruise ships, ferries, ro-ro ferries, gas tankers, river cruise ships, offshore supply vessels, offshore windmill vessels, PSV, WPIV, tugs, coast guard vessels, offshore oil rigs, tidal energy solutions, lifting vessels, super luxury yachts, ROV solutions, BOG and hydrogen production facilities.

As a Sales Back Office Manager, you will assist our sales managers and at the same time take control of your own future customer segment. Practical tasks include daily communication with our customers and partners, identifying customer needs and selecting and specifying products according to needs, as well as calculating/making offers. You don’t work alone, you have the support of our own sales managers and technical team.

You are the person we are looking for if you already have some previous experience in, for example, sales, technical customer interface or customer projects. You have a sales attitude and want to develop your skills in international sales. You will succeed with an open and positive attitude and teamwork skills.

The position is permanent and full-time. Your permanent office is a completely new state-of-art office and factory building in Tampere. We hope that you will be able to start in the position as soon as possible.

  • Appropriate commercial or technical education
  • Good Finnish and English language skills

Other language skills, e.g. French, German or Spanish. Previous applicable experience in sales or customer cooperation Expertise in ERP and CRM information systems, as well as good Excel skills.
